Keeping you informed
LANDATA® is the gateway to Victoria’s official registry of land, council, water, roads and other government authorities’ property information. By connecting this extensive network, LANDATA® enables the delivery of more than five million certificates each year to Victorians seeking property information or completing property transactions.
Service notifications and updates
When a participating authority’s system is unavailable or experiencing technical issues, certificate delivery may be temporarily delayed.
This page provides near real-time updates on the performance of LANDATA®’s connected issuing authorities. It helps you:
- Identify whether an issue is affecting certificate delivery.
- Understand the expected timeframe for resolution.
- Find which authority, council or organisation to contact for more information.
Current known issues
If you’re waiting for a certificate and suspect a delay, please review the information below to see if an issuing authority is currently affected.
Only those authorities with known system issues are listed.
When to expect your certificate
If the issuing authority you need is affected, your certificate will be automatically delivered once the authority’s systems return to normal operation. You do not need to reorder or contact support unless the estimated resolution date has passed and your order remains unfulfilled.
For certificates from authorities not listed above, services are operating as normal.
For updates on LANDATA®’s own system performance, please visit the SERV system status page.
