The LANDATA® business is focused on delivering property information
LANDATA® provides access to property information held in the Victorian Register of Titles.
You can use LANDATA® to search for land titles, mortgage details, surveys, land valuations, property sales, property and planning certificates.
You can also request copies of registered or recorded documents and set up alerts to let you know when something happens on a title.
LANDATA®, which is operated by SERV, provides property information for conveyancers, lawyers, financial institutions, valuers, the real estate industry, and the public.
Each year we provide:
- Seven million titles searches
- Close to one million copies of plans
- More than 600,000 property transaction searches
About SERV and LANDATA®
We're an innovative registry, technology and data insights company. In 2018, the Victorian Government granted us a 40-year concession to administer registry services for the 160-year-old Victorian Land Titles Office.
The LANDATA® platform provides access to information products from property-related datasets of the State and public agencies.
